Here's what happens:

Coach enters his post season awards in prep of the end of the season Banquet. This is so the Admin Asst can prepare them for the coach... End of Season Banquet is not until next week.

Problem: Awards are visible to the public today before the end of season banquet - when they are supposed to still be confidential.

Another problem... conferences generally do not release all conf. honors until the last team in their conference has been beaten out of the state tourney....

Needed:

We need to be able to enter them now - and have them not be made public till the office turns them on - OR - it could be a set point in time - like when that season coding triggers the end of the season....

I think all seasons in the system have a start and end date - which is why we get the "out of bounds" notes on the program page when the date of the competition is not within the given season dates for that year.

So maybe easiset is not to even have a toggle - but that seasons awards do not become public until the date the season is set to end in our system... which is probably the end of the state tourney - or a week or so after that time.
