For next year, how hard would it be to have a drop down menu to pick the golf course for Bound?

There has been quite a bit change from our site (Iowa High Golf Coach Association) where the course rating can NOT Be changed and

Bound course rating where coaches can put what they want in and isn't consistent across the board.
