Practices - Clean up veribage on Notes = Captions on the Public page AND Add a place to put a live link

Clean up veribage so admin size matches the public side - people do not know that Notes populates and shows under caption on the public page.

Need to add a place to add a link on the admin side - this will show in a new needs to be added column on the public page.

I would add that it would also be great for the title to show. Many of our programs have other non-comp. events (e.g. parent meetings, team meetings, team meals, etc.) that would be great to display on the program page, but it is important to show the title so parents/students know whether it's a practice or something else.
