This is literally one of the worst pieces of software I have ever come across, and I work in statistics. No way to actually delete a family member. No way to check that you are signing in under the right email without creating duplicate accounts. No way to communicate back with the school when they send you a message. App collects my digital signature, but a scanned paper signature is still required, causing needless confusion. No way to delete a school from your profile when you move districts. There is no intuitive way to find what you are looking for, ever. For instance, your messages. Why are they under a settings menu in notifications? I would think this is where my notification settings are. Nope. That is messages, which I never have consistently gotten. Sometimes I get them in my email; other times they are just on Bound. I swear a seven-year-old and their pet hamster designed this. It is like someone took all the worst aspects of youth sports apps and made an even messier, uglier iteration, then charged public schools for the Beta version, ran off with the money, and left the glitches. It gives C-level science fair project by a kid who has flat-earther parents.
