Sometimes in our SIS systems we have the parent give approval for media releases. My first recommendation is to add it as a question to all registrations. BUT if we have to go back and reference the SIS system and make sure everyone says yes... it would be good to be able to upload the yes/no information and offer some kind of badge - like a stop sign on the Program>Students page so that coaches could see it.

Another idea would be to put it in as an eligibility - but those are kind of hacks..so would be nice to have something straight forward.

Same with specific medical info - have it add that infor the OTHER field under the medical page...but it can't overwrite something that is already in tha field.
