So on the Student database page it says that an eligibilty listing has been made and it has an upcoming one. BUT that doesn't show on the Program Students page until the day tha inelgibility starts and ends. WE need it to say UPCOMING on the programs student page as soon as one is entered. and then flip it to red whatever when the date starts and to green eligible when it has ended.
