Activity Registration

Let families know what is missing when the last step of registration won’t go through

Parents get to the last page and it if something is missing it won't let them pay, but it also doesn't tell them (or me as an admin) what is incomplete, so there isn't anyway to get past it.

Information from initial registration should prepopulate for future registrations so that I don't have to spend time clicking on every little item. If items prepopulated, I could check everything, change what is needed to be changed, and be done. No need for redundancy when MOST information always stays the same for many participants. .

Grade Restrictions Registration

Please add a grade restriction for registration. We have both Middle and High School parents registration and I would like my Middle School students only to see/select their certain programs for their grade and the same for High School. Instead of having all registration options listed and a High School parent could select a Middle School Club

Asking way too many personal questions (and illegal??), site not intuitive, clumsy. No privacy safeties nor ability to opt out of sharing, selling, contacting. So disappointed.

Boosters Button Position and Color Change

We were able to add a button for our booster club membership but want to request the following: 1. Reposition the button directly below the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button. 2. Change the color of the button to a bright pink or red color.

What if my student brought her physical papers in person to school? It won’t let me finish her registration for basketball with out it

When does registration open for basketball?

Wrong Colors for Status

How is the "Active" Status red, active should be you have everything you need and are ready to go. "Expired" should be red showing you need to get something done.

I would like to be able to view the registrations in the program, approve the sports physical and clear the athlete all on the same page.

Too much info needed

My daughter has played softball since freshman year no changes, no updates, and always provide medical physical understandable. BUT the hoops for everything else is beyond repetitive. No human interaction no way to keep these kids motivated to stay active when it takes insane amount of time to complete these forms just to find out it has been deleted?!
