Activity Registration

Students who are in the same household: Parent started registration for Student A, but doesn't have a current physical. Appointment is scheduled and so registration is paused. Parent then starts registration for Student B who has current physical, but can't complete registration until Student A's physical is uploaded. Pending registrations should not be added to the cart until they are complete so this issue doesn't happen. Like a "Save for Later" option. In a perfect world, parents and students would have every piece of required information/forms and then start registration, but that isn't always the case.

Coach request - since often times kids/parents register at the beginning of the year, and then decide not to participate in our sports, could there be an automated feature added that sends an email a month or a couple of weeks before the season, asking respondents to confirm whether they plan to participate.

I am a parent and I am on the account, but cannot access my child to register him for his sport because my husband needs to grant access. Super frustrating!

Add a way for school admins to change the registration option a student chose to register under. Right now when a student registers incorrectly, I.E. choses HS instead of MS, there isn't a way to change what they registered for on the admin side. Reported by Michael K.

After a student has registered and in the school year for that season added a new form or document to update, that the clear status changes for the approver to know as well as the coaches know that person needs to be re-approved before participating.

Names are not enough when I want to go in and manage multiple statuses under Programs > Students.

Can't unregister if accidentally signed up or kid changes mind

Having the ability to be able to sort by who is and isn't cleared to participate. Can currently sort by physical status, name and registration date.

I am having many parents putting their own contact information in where the student's contact information is needed. Without that, the students are not included in the followers list for Messenger. On registration, it needs to be clarified that it's the "Student Contact Info" that is needed.
