Facility Manager

I LOVE the PRINT button on the Reservation screen, but wish I could directly email this to reservers and facility team members. It is a very helpful "report".

It would be great to be able to see the history of edits to an event - including when it gets canceled or deleted.

Allow the ability to book an entire venue and it shows busy for all facilities/spaces in that venue

It would make more sense to have the approval button after the last step in the facility request system. Right now it's in Step 1.

We request the ability to search by event title rather than permit number within the Venues section of the reservations screen. When reserving multiple rooms for district events across the school year, search functionality by event title would significantly improve efficiency in viewing and managing recurring event series.

It would be nice to have a filter with the reserver name on the facility calendar. Then when you select them, it just shows their events.

It would be very nice if reservations were for each venue were color coded so that it's easier to see at a glance which venue is reserved

Is there a way to select FEE TYPE when creating Equipement? EX: Auditorium Manger - STAFF not Equipment. I know I can do it at the dropdown when creating a contract, but it would be nice not to have to remember. Nutrition Services would be our other STAFF.

As a reserver, you have to put in all the information, then you get to the part where you submit it just to be told there were other reservations on that day/time. Instead of just cancelling those reservations and trying a different location, you have to totally restart and enter all the same information again. If you don't, it will not save when you cancel the initial reservations and try to add new at another location.
