Community Education

I would like the ability to see the age and grade of the student that registers on Community Ed on the dashboard for the specific class the student is registered for.

When registering and paying for a class through community education, admin want parents and users to have the ability to register for multiple classes kind of like how activity registration works for a school.

Is there a way for an admin to override or delete duplicate registrations? Occasionally, families accidentally register multiple times for the same program. Sometimes I am able to go into their cart and delete the duplicate registration, but other times I don't seem to have that option. Is there a way, as an admin, for me to manually delete or cancel a duplicate registration from the system? Ideally, I’d like to be able to completely remove the extra registration myself rather than having to work around it through the family’s cart. If there is a specific admin permission or setting that allows this, could you let me know where I can find it?

When creating community education classes, we add the schedule into the class along with venue locations but these dates don't show up automatically on the admin events calendar. I feel EVERYTHING added into the system that uses dates/venue locations should show on the admin side on the calendar. It doesn't, which causes issues in scheduling other things thinking that the space and time frame is open when in reality it is not. Please look into fixing this :)

When someone registers for Comm Ed, there is no way to go back into their account and see past registrations. I have families signing up for Flag FB, VB, Youth Theater, etc & there is no way to link this to their account to see their child's events.

We were able to add a button for our booster club membership but want to request the following: 1. Reposition the button directly below the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button. 2. Change the color of the button to a bright pink or red color.

Is it possible to add Community Education registration to the Bound app? We have a lot of families using the app, which has been great. However, currently there doesn’t seem to be an option for families to register for Community Education activities through the app — they have to use the browser instead. Is this something that could be added to the app, or is there a setting we may be missing that would allow Community Education registration through the app as well?

If it is possible in the future, could we add a 'fees' section in community education that doesn't tie into selecting facility dates? We have classes that have multiple fee options (Resident/Non-Resident) and it would be great if this was set up like the Programs/Activity Registration. Selecting multiple fee options and then a seperate tab for event details would be really helpful in the future.

While messenger is an option within camps, it isn't there for Community Education. Please add that functionality within Community Ed.
