Workers

Workers- Errors & Issues
Until these issues are fixed, I will no longer be using the Workers feature: We had several Girls soccer games where the JV game was cancelled, but the workers still got a reminder for BOTH games. I got several emails from my scheduled workers asking for clarification. I would be nice if it updated on their end as well. It should, this is very disconnected and frustrating that this isn't already programmed this way. It's very embarrassing to us when we rely on this method to remind and inform our workers of their upcoming events, yet it isn't accurate at all. When a worker signs up as a new user, there is no code or toggle they can use to mark that they are employees (We use employees as our event workers). This means, if I was to open a sign up, all of my sign ups would not be visible to them because I have them marked as employee only (because we do not want the public signing up). It would be nice to have a code or special link that we could send workers to sign up as employee users or a private sign up for working events. We recently had a game that was rescheduled. We had given hosting rites to the other school since the game was going to be moved to their location. When it was rescheduled, however, OUR workers were then assigned to that event. Anytime a game is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, workers should be removed. Full stop. We can go in and put them back in for that event. But usually we have completely different workers because of the schedule change. But when a worker gets a reminder of an event that is in 2 days in another town even though it says it's at home, they are panicking, thinking they have to work when they can't. Please, please, please- take some time to update these issues. I'd really like to utilize this feature, but with these inconsistencies and errors, I can't trust it at all.
