State Associations

Ability to do "conference scheduling" at the association district/pod level for FB. So that once the the IHSAA has the districts and pods for FB ready we go in and create them in bound and then once the schedules are released we build them in Bound for each district/pod and have them done for the 2 year cycle. Schools would not have to enter those in manually for the varsity level. Reported by Lori and Brian G.

So when cleaning up data we need to move a Team from one assocation to another assn - we need to have the Bound Admins be able to move the Set up Regsistrations that go with that first assonciation to the next. Take the data of registered students with it.

The idea here is basically a combination of sport entry and member directory. Filter the info for sports to provide info for schools participating in a certain sport.

Add the ability to schedule for a district at the state level not just conference to allow for football scheduling.

For Sponsors that do not have a State ID number (cheerleading, if not a teacher) I would like a way to UPLOAD their concussion certificate to their profile..... just like we do for students who have registered for activities. Or if there are other documents, can I make a way to upload things like CPR certificates, MAndatory Reporter training and expiration... ect...

South Dakota conferences and group sets. We have schools in two different conferences for a sport. How would we accommodate them in the conference group set. For example, Deuel is in Eastern Coteau and Lake Central for cross country. There are more this was just one example. And 24/25 Boys Basketball. Group set Conference, Name Big Dakota. Team Chamberlain. Chamberlain is also a member of South East but if you search for it, it doesn’t appear on the list to be able to add it.

We need to look at the participation reports the state requires. We have anayltics here but they are still not good enough for us to pull the data out according to the way the state wants it reported... You have do look at each program do some counting etc. These participation reports need to be printable as well so that when looking at trends and reporting to Supt, School Boards and just the state associations you can have something on paper. Needs to be a future project - but not fall off the list. I put April 1 as a deadline so that it is truly ready by May 1 when schools start filling out that report the iAHSAA sends out... They'll start reminding people in mid April.

Add "Active" filter set by default to State Assn. "Filter Sets" area. This will allow for only Active schools to show in report by default.
