It would be extremely helpful to have a centralized Registration Management screen for athletic administrators that displays all submitted registrations across every program in one location. Currently, the workflow requires administrators to: Approve each pending document individually for each student. Navigate into each individual program to find registrations awaiting clearance. Manually determine which students are ready to be cleared after all required documents have been completed and their registration is is final. This process becomes increasingly time-consuming during busy registration periods, especially for schools managing many sports and activities. Instead, it would be much more efficient to have a single admin view that: Lists all submitted registrations awaiting review, regardless of program. Allows administrators to review and approve required documents and finalize registration clearance from the same workflow without navigating between multiple screens. Having one centralized registration queue would significantly streamline the registration process, reduce the amount of manual navigation, and make it much easier for athletic offices to efficiently registrations.
