Feature Requests

Creating a concessions store can be tedious work. It would be great to have a concessions store template that we could select when creating a store. The template would include all of the most popular concessions items and a typical price. It would also have groups created and icons for each product. Once the store is created, then the school can go in and tweak products and pricing rather than creating it from scratch.

I am unable to get full details such as room location or set up details on a week by week basis in the calendar. The screen cuts off and when I print for my crew. They are unable to see all the details. I have to print out day by day pages for now.

Right now TBA in each state is buried under a bunch of choices and hard to find. It should just be at the top of the page, similar to how we do the opponent TBD in that section.

It would a nice feature to have the coach's information (name, number, email) be an option to select when running/exporting a report. (both head and assistant coaches)

Can we please increase the number of title options there are for staff members? I would like to be able to additionally click things like: Assistant AD, Scorekeeper, Scoreboard Operator, Gameday Assistant, Volunteer, etc. It looks like others have posted similar requests for additional options to be added. Thanks for considering.

It would be nice to have a section for Global Additional Questions for Activity Registration. Just like we do for Documents.

Would be a cool feature to have a Coach Bio in the Coaches section.

There are a lot of places in Bound, that if you filter and are working on something and finish it returns you back to the beginning and NOT to where you were working. It would be great if it returned you to where you left off and not at the beginning. Here are just a few examples that would be great if it was fixed. I am sure there are many more... Facility Management - Reservations. If you have filtered on a status ie submitted, adjust a reservation to accepted and save it takes you back to ALL Statuses. Assigning Coaches - defaults to girls, if you go into boys and assign a coach to a boys program, then save it goes back to girls and you have to change it to boys and the next sport In Bound Admin when you are working under the association and trophy - if you switch to a program and a level other than varsity, when you make what ever change you need to make whether it is changing an existing team information or adding a new team and click save, it defaults back to varsity.

We received a message from Sally Meyer: "I love your website and having everything on one place. I would like to suggest being able to sort/select or only show high school vs middle school and home vs away. (for calendar view and for the google calendar import - home vs away)"

From Michelle Delperdang ( michelle.delperdang@ssccards.org ): I have a suggestion for catching stats. I’d love to see a column added for throw out percentage. This would normalize the data just like fielding percentage does. I know it would be simple to add. Plus colleges like to see that information. Thanks for considering! (7/11/25 from Michelle) Just following up on my email. I was wondering if thrown out stealing percentage would be added to your catching data. As I said previously, I think it would normalize the data and make it more meaningful. During the last couple of weeks, we’ve gone on two school visits and both coaches indicated that having throw out percentage would be valuable in evaluating players. I’m not a computer wiz 😂 but I’m pretty sure this would be an easy column to add.
