This is quite possibly one of the most unuser-friendly websites and mobile apps. I have been trying to navigate it for years now and I still have issues on where to find things. Not to mention helped numerous people at sporting events find their tickets after purchasing them on the app. Your site is ONLY used by people to purchase and upload things - it HAS to be used by schools and their families. So it HAS to be more user friendly. It is kind of ridiculous how much I search for things on the app only to find it by accident by clicking around. I strongly suggest everything be available to do on the app - like uploading physical forms. We get them through our phones and I should be able to upload it from there. Please, make it easier for people. Parents are busy, this should not be difficult to navigate the website or the mobile app. I would be happy to be a test dummy for you anytime even though this is my last year of kids in high school.
