I would be great if we could add a "Volunteer Coach" to the Staff option. They don't need access to Bound.

Request: Add Second Approver for Physical Form Please update the approval workflow for the Physical Form to include a second approver. The updated process should be as follows: First Approver: School Nurse Reviews and approves the physical form. Second Approver: School Doctor (DR) Provides final approval after the nurse. Should have access to Physical Forms only for approval. For all other medical documents, the doctor should have view-only access — no approval rights. Purpose: This change ensures that the school doctor can make final medical judgments after initial vetting by the school nurse, while still maintaining appropriate access limitations across other medical documentation.

Add the ability to add updates within an injury and datestamp those updates. Also a feature to notify coaches of an update to their students injury would help clear up confusion.

Request: Update ImPACT Testing Expiration Parameters Please update the ImPACT Testing configuration to allow custom expiration dates based on grade level, rather than using the current fixed 2-year expiration rule. Current Behavior: ImPACT Tests automatically expire every 2 years from the test date. Requested Change: Allow entry of an initial test date. Instead of a fixed 2-year expiration, set the expiration date dynamically based on the student's grade level at the time of testing. Example Implementation: 9th Grade: Expires at end of 10th Grade 10th Grade: Expires at end of 11th Grade 11th Grade: Expires at end of 12th Grade 12th Grade: May not require renewal unless otherwise specified This would better align expiration logic with school policies and athletic participation timelines.

We make sure we collect emergency contact information for students.... but what about our coaches. We talk about having info in the palm of your hand. What if something happens with a coach or other user at an event after hours. Would be great to have a place where the school could enter emergency contact for the coach and the emergency contacts phone number.

We need to separate permissions from Manage AND view - we need to be able to give the permission to view only. This is used on the events page for principals etc. Sometimes there are people who need to see the events page, manipulate the filters for the view BUT NOT have the ability to edit.

We would like to have the option to list our band director (marching and pep) and athletic secretary to the "staff' portion of our teams, so it can show up on printed and electronic rosters. Right now, Superintendent, Principal, AD, etc are the only options, and we feel many would like those options added.

Have an email verification. Ex. Can't checkout/sign up/ invite if an email doesn't look valid (ex. Missing a . in front of .com tec)
