Camps

I would love to see all the activities, camps, and community education registrations all under the students view. It would be nice to tell a parents when they call what their kids have registered for quickly.

Add an automatic email to user who started an registration but did not complete it that their registration is pending.

Right now it is only possible to run a report for camps one by one. Some of our programs, like volleyball are running over 15 different camps. We would love to able to generate one report that includes every camp within a given sport, or at least every camp in a given week of a sport. We are using the parent emails and phone numbers to generate contact lists. So it would be very helpful to get all of that information into one report. Our district is not currently allowing us to use any of the messaging features, so we need to be able to gather that information in a more timely way than running reports for every individual camp

Can the transaction report for each individual camp show the AMOUNT / FEE / OWED, so we do not have to scan through every Payout Report?

Created a test camp to try out things. Don't need it anymore but can't delete it because of a registration entry. There's an archive tab but I was told by a Bound rep it's not a functioning tab.

Unless I missed it, I needed to make a separate camp for each week that we offer it. I would like those weeks to be the divisions and then allow for parents to multi-select a division as opposed to filtering and then putting each separate week into their cart. Is there a way to make the multi-select for divisions as well?

Can camp sign-ups be linked to players and/or parents/families? For example, if a kid is signed up for football camp, it would show in their dashboard similar to how a registration sign-up is. Then if a parent is not sure if they signed up and/or paid, they can look at their dashboard instead of me going and looking at each student and camp.
