Is there a way for an admin to override or delete duplicate registrations?

Occasionally, families accidentally register multiple times for the same program. Sometimes I am able to go into their cart and delete the duplicate registration, but other times I don't seem to have that option.

Is there a way, as an admin, for me to manually delete or cancel a duplicate registration from the system? Ideally, I’d like to be able to completely remove the extra registration myself rather than having to work around it through the family’s cart.

If there is a specific admin permission or setting that allows this, could you let me know where I can find it?
