Information from initial registration should prepopulate for future registrations so that I don't have to spend time clicking on every little item. If items prepopulated, I could check everything, change what is needed to be changed, and be done. No need for redundancy when MOST information always stays the same for many participants. .

If it's set up right, you shouldn't have to put much more than the insurance card, physical, health information and update the grade they are in. Those things change pretty regularly for some.
