Is there a way to have a student page with everyone to be cleared. Instead of going into each individual sport?

Having all students on 1 page regardless of the sport to go in and clear them. For example If I am clearing students in girls golf then have to go clear students for boys golf I have to go all the way back the the programs, then students, then registration for each sport. There are go many different places to go just to ensure students have everything done.

When I am approving documents, for example sports physical, if I approve a students and don't remember what sport because I was interrupted I then have to go through each sport to find that student to then clear them.
