You can receive notifications when someone registers. They are set up under your users and permissions page - go to the person who wants a notification and click on NOTIFICATIONS and then turn on under either their program if they are a coach or the student database if you are the athletic administrator.

Payment notifications are under the Student Database and are not defined by programs like notifications for program registration are. So those notificiations wuold probably only go to the Athletic Administration or the Business Office. I would not recommend setting them up for coaches.

Coaches can see if a student is paid on the Program>Students page they should have access for.
