Activity Registration Updates
Ahead of the 2024-25 school year registration cycle, we've released a set of updates to the Activity Registration area. Read below to learn about these new updates! 🎉
Notification Emails:
- All notifications emails now include Student Grade, Document Name, and if appropriate, a link to the document that the notification is associated with.
Added Option to Disable Manual Student Entry
- Schools can now apply a setting that prevents registrants from manually adding a student at the time of registration.
Updated Eligibility and Status Terms
- To reduce confusion, status has new been updated to display "CLEARED" or "PENDING" and Eligibility has been updated to display "ELIGIBLE" or "Other."
Reporting
- A CSV download option has been added for questions that are added to an Activity Registration setup.
- Individual document reports can now be sorted by date by clicking the column header.
- In the Student Section, under Eligibility, the ability to sort by graduation year has been added.
- Student's birthdate is now included in the Medical CSV download.
- Graduation year has been added to the Eligibility export file, enabling the report to be sorted by graduation year.
