Bound App Updates

Updates and fixes in the latest App release. 
-Removing number sign next to athlete's name
- Additional bug fixes when viewing All Leaders in Track and Field Association pages
-Fix of Golf averages showing several decimal places 
-Fix of issues with adding tickets to your Google Wallet 
-Team rosters not showing athletes who are "Pending", only "Active" 
-Addressed issue when filtering in the Scores tab at the Association level bringing up an error screen. 
- Addressed issue that allowed duplicate charges when purchasing tickets
