Change your team on games you don't host
Schools can now swap in a different team on games hosted by another school, without asking the host first. Click the pencil on the game in Events, click Edit Team on your team, pick the right level, add a reason, and click Save Team Change. Everything else on a game you don't host still goes to the hosts through Request Changes, which now lives in the three-dot menu on each game row.

Add Teams: fill a meet in one step
Associations can now add many teams to a meet at once from the new Add Teams tab. Choose teams whichever way fits what you have:
- Paste a list of schools, straight from a qualifier list or results sheet
- Upload a .csv, .xlsx, or .txt file
- Browse the season's teams and check the ones you want
- Copy the teams from another meet, such as the other gender's meet or last year's
- Pick a whole class or other group
Every option ends on a Review step, so you can check each match before anything is added. Changed your mind? Undo This Add removes the whole batch in one click.
Refreshed roles
Every school, association, and conference role now has a short description and its own icon, so it's clear what each role means when you invite or edit a user. Conferences now use Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner. Media outlets can also assign roles (Editor, Reporter, Photographer, Broadcaster, Producer, and Social Media) and set permissions for their staff.
