Changes to the Box Office and Ticketing Dashboard

The Box Office and Ticketing Dashboard now run on Bound's new financial system. You can record and close out cash for an event in a few clicks, see every event's sales and close-out status in one place, and find orders faster.

The box office is still accessed on each event by clicking the ticketing icon ->

Note: This release is behind a feature flag, so it may not be turned on for your organization yet.

If you don't track cash on a card reader or in Launch Checkout, you can now enter it after the event, right from the Box Office. Enter cash as a single total, or by ticket type and let Bound calculate the amount.

Verify the cash total, and the event is marked Closed.

Ticketing Dashboard

See net revenue, online, card reader, and cash sales, passes used, and percent cashless across all your events.
Every event shows Pending or Closed, and Pending close-out counts the events still waiting on cash.
Click Pending on any event to close out its cash without opening its Box Office.
Filter by date, activity, gender, setup, or status, and show passes, ticket checks, or location.

Redesigned Box Office

Revenue, payment breakdown, attendance, recent orders, sales activity, and sales by ticket type on one page.
All orders / Ticket Sales opens a searchable Orders page with payment method, order number, date, and status filters.
Bulk Send Comp Tickets now sends to email addresses or phone numbers.
