Facility Management Updates
We are releasing improvements and updates in our Facility Management area, with more to come in the near future. Enhancements out now are a new 6 month calendar feature for adding bulk entries not only in Facilities but Practices and Bulk Non-Competitions. New Bulk Fee entry page, Admin notes at a Reservation and Reserver level, customized email notifications, as well as many other small changes. ***
Updates coming soon include enhanced contracting, invoicing, and reports.

Location Categories for Facilities to allow for Bulk Fee Entry
- Able to choose a Location Category for your Facilities
- Select a Location Category to edit fees for a specific category
- Date selector for choosing when to have fees go into effect
Other enhancements include:
- Added areas for Admin notes at a Reservation and Reserver Level. Within a Facility Reservation notes are only visible to an Admin.
- Ability to send a custom email (ie. why a reservation got cancelled or application denied)
- Enhanced notifications for users attached to a reservation (Automatically send out customized emails to users regarding an event (reminders for upcoming events with notes along with it)
