We have released improvements and updates to our Contracting and Invoicing within our Facility Management area. Highlights to these changes include improvements to the creation and editing of contract fees and the ability to invoice the fees for these contracts.
New and Improved Contract creation and editing
  • Select fees to be added to the Contract, which can then be invoiced
  • Add new fees to include in the Contract
  • Contract area shows which fees have been invoiced or paid and how much

Invoicing Improvements
  • When creating a new invoice you can select which fees to include
  • Of the selected fees you can select to invoice whole or partial amounts of the fees
  • In a created Invoice it shows how much has already been invoiced, paid, or amount pending
