Adding MS AD's to the POST Feature

From Intercom - Valid Point here -
"When selecting a post message to teams for an event there is the option to select either AD's or coaches or both. On the AD side it always goes to the High School AD. When it is a Middle School event is it possible to get MS AD's on that contact list?"
We've had this conversation about Contracts too...
However there are two scenerios:
- They are living in one house and managing all data under that one House
- the HS AD does not want to see the MS Contracts - and visa versa - this is the same thought process.
But how do we know to separate and who's who because those MS AD's are probably in the system as CoAD or AD Asst.
WITH Contracts we have that page that you can add extra people to get the contract emailed to them as well.
So our answer has been - if it's a MS Contract - the MS AD takes care of it and the HS AD deletes the Email.
This would be the same thoughts on POSTS...
SO Maybe that place to add extra people to get contracts also adds them to the Post feature?
- when they live in two houses then each House gets their own information... then it's all sorted out.
Not sure we can solve... because we might NOT know they have a "MS AD" and a "HS AD". and there isn't a definition of that in our roles...
