Decline Contract Removes Team from Event

When School A declines a contract from School B, the event should be removed from School A's schedule. School A should not have to rely on School B to delete them from the event.

This would be a great time saver for ADs. I have found we have to not only delete them from the comp but also from the hosting area otherwise they continue to get notifications of the event they aren't even involved in.
