HOP - When entering a Competition from the Events page HOP looks for conflicts in FM too... not just competitions

When any event is entered (not just competitions) we request that a notification pops up if there is a conflict on the facility reservation. Our process would be that the Office Manager, or whomever was entering the event would contact the Facilities Department about the conflict. If the reserver was a DMPS department, it would be okay for the building to contact the reserver, but we wouldn't expect them to contact non-DMPS reservers. The Facilities department should be notified of all conflicts.
