Need to be able to print the game contract and it shows the date, times, competitions, all game info on it includeing sent date, signed date by who, fees dueetc. They want to print them for a file and to use to send to the Business office to make payments on tourneys they attend etc.

It would be nice that when you print you could create a school specfi.c invoice to that can be sent that is bascially the contract but loosk like or acts like an invoice.
