A HUGE time saver for facilities managers, especially at the district level, would be for the availabilities to be copied from one facility to another. For example, if a district has 8 elementary schools and each school will operate on the same hours of availability and have the same availability variations across the board, have the ability to do it one time for one school and then copy to all other district facilities that will be the same. This would save them from having to enter the same info school by school.
