Facility Management - Enhanced Functions for Staff (custodial and operations)

Custodians need to see details on the rentals that just looking at the facility calendar link does not provide.
1) Is it possible to add the functionality of Reports on the link to view the facility calendar
2) Is it possible to add more permissions to Venues so it isn't an all or nothing - this would allow custodians to click on an event and view it (which they an not do unless they are added with all venue permissions to the admin side) but not change anything - this would allow them to see everything that cuts off in the facility calendar view ie equipment, contact info etc
3) Is it possible if something is uploaded during a question ie a setup chart or info about tables/chairs that the custodians could see it OR in the notes section of a reservation.
4) in the Facility Calendar - can dates where facilities are blocked off in availability either by time/dates be grayed to show that it isn't available to be used?

Adding equipment to Non-Competition events would be super helpful and then having equipment requested show in the event report.
