Please add the following features to facility report notifications:

*Option to send the emailed report on a weekly basis, specifying how many weeks in between sending the report, as well which day of the week it sends.

*Ability to send future date ranges (e.g., next week, next two weeks, next month, etc.), to allow notifications to be received in advance of the start date of the range.

*Be able to customize the time range to only show events that fall during that time frame.
