Can reservations on the facility calendar be consolidated if the person has reserved muliple spaces for their event? Example: We have a dance recital scheduled in our auditorium and they have also reserved the lockers rooms, commons and small gym. Each space shows on the calendar as a seperate reservation for the same dance recital.
