It would be helpful to have additional troubleshooting options available. Case in point - I have a check from an individual from a small town near us. The memo suggests it's for facility rental. No permit #, no invoice#, no phone # or email on the check, and the individual's name is not in our reserver list. In this case, being able to research by the amount, or even the name of the town would be really helpful - it still might not get us the answer if the balance is different, but it's a shot.
