Allow students to respond via text to messages sent from system

We need a feature for the student responses to come back via text to the coaches number. Just coming back to email doesn't really help in a real time situation.

Sports Engine's app let's the coaches, players, and parents of individual teams communicate in one spot. It's great that I can send messages, but it would be much better with a "chat" style set up.
