Help Chat - It can get a little annoying.

When I have an open Chat with a Customer service associate and I have to go into a few different tabs, the chat box opens again on 90% of the tabs I open while in BOUND. I have to close ALL of the extra Chat windows just to complete tasks the associate is asking me to do, etc
.
This can be exceptionally frustrating when the Chat has NOT been closed out by the associate that day, and for the next few hours, I have to close the Chat window overlay on every different screen in BOUND.
Please set the default to NOT auto-open the chat if there is an open chat. The red number (of replies) and the audible alert are enough to let me know I have a current chat.
