Student Database Messenger - Need to add send BY GRADE there like it is under the program level of messenger

Under the student database Messenger - add a section that is SEND BY GRADE to the student database - versus only by program.... then you would only get it one time as you are only listed once in each grade. RIght now it's BY PROGRAM... of if I'm in 3 different programs I would get the message 3 times....one for each program I'm in.

People use this for sending out weekly newsletters updates etc.. .that they only want to go to parents and kids - not joe public follower.
