Add a Badge to the listing of an Official that shows to the school if that state is using us for registering and tracking their officials.

SSO or SD - add a Badge that shows up when the register or the current year - or a Badge that shows up if they are certified or have retroprocity. That way schools can continue to contract officials fare into the future and when it's the season and printing contracts or checks time they will have the verification the of the officials current status.
