Is there a way you can add an option to change the order officials are listed under "Pay Officials"? Alphabetical is not very helpful. In order of most recent event would be much more helpful.

Also, when I input a manual payment, can we add a way to then remove that official for that event from the "Pay Official" list? This list is going to get incredibly hard to handle as more events occur in this state.
