We are in the need of officials W-9 information. On our old program we used before Bound it allowed us to run a report to see what officials we needed to send a 1099 at the end of the year. It also had the running total for the year and their tax identification information on that report. Sometimes it's hard to track an official down to have them fill out w-9 information. I think it would be easier for them so they don't have to fill one out for every school district.

Also, could you make it a requirement that they have to put all of their contact information? We have some officials that have nothing filled out so we are trying to track them down to get their address.

One more suggestion...it would be nice to have a place where you could pull all of your home games into one screen. Along with that it would list your officials for each game...a spot to check mark that the official has been paid and a spot next to it to type in the amount paid. It is so time consuming to put paid information into Bound for each individual official.
