For Sponsors that do not have a State ID number (cheerleading, if not a teacher) I would like a way to UPLOAD their concussion certificate to their profile..... just like we do for students who have registered for activities.

Or if there are other documents, can I make a way to upload things like CPR certificates, MAndatory Reporter training and expiration... ect...
