If there are multiple vehicles to be selected then the vehicle would not appear if it is already booked. Or give the teacher a conflict notification so that way they are not selecting the same vehicle. For example, our school has 6 mini vans, if vans 1 and 2 are already booked they would not show in the options when scheduling transportation on that day and time.
