So if you could search for all the PA positions that are created under all of the templates and put them into one list... then we would be able to go from shift to shift for PA's and assign the worker.

OR

If we can search for all PA's shifts and assign one worker to as many or all of them as we want by checking a box in front of that shift. That also would be cool.

Maybe this one would be from the Worker Listing itself (account) so you are in Mark's listing and then you can search for a shift by name - this assumes all shifts of that name are named identical in all templates. Then you can assign Mark to all of the shifts available for that particular shift you searched for at one time - or with one set of clicks in the check box etc.
