Add the ability to generate a payment voucher for game workers such as announcers, clock operators, etc. Would need a spot in the worker set up to indicate rate of pay for each positions as they may not be all paid the same amount. Similar to officials vouchers.

Even if we could print out a voucher with their name and postion that they could sign and I could put in the amount to be paid.

Can we have a place where we add an account code on the Official Vouchers forms so business offices know where to take the money from when processing.

In SD most schools will not pay an official substituting a signed contract for a signed voucher and require a voucher to be signed at the time services are rendered (at the game). Since each sport has a different account number, I think there are two things that would enhance vouchers.

Defaults - Add a field column in the defaults to add the expense code for each activity.
Voucher set up - Add a field above the officials signature line for a comment such as the one highlighted in the attachment.
Field in the officials account for them to add their SSN.

I know Sioux Falls schools will want this, we went through it with a competitor.
