When you leave it at 12:00 am to 12:00 am - it says NO TIME - it needs to say TBA

When School A declines a contract from School B, the event should be removed from School A's schedule. School A should not have to rely on School B to delete them from the event.

I have entered my varsity xc event and participating teams. I would like to see that I can add the plus sign to add different levels like we do for head to head levels. (Like for basketball, I can choose JV Girls, JV Boys, etc in one swipe).

The ability to add defaults at the conference level, that if the conference level is used either via the scheduler or events page, those defaults will come into play and take precedence. Specifically, with Officials. Be able to set a # and rate for officials that the conference schedules from that event page. If the schools set their defaults and it has a different rate, those would only come into play when the official is added from the school events page.
